e-newsletters help you stay in touch with your visitors. And to make sure they don't receive information they don't want, they can choose what they do want to receive by simply logging in to your website and submitting their preferences.
First of all you need to present a form on the site for your visitors to fill in and submit. This can be designed and modified to suit your requirements. You will then be able to select which interest groups to send the email to.
Within the back office you will be able to draft the email either with the use of templates or using the editing facility.
The email itself can be edited using the WYSIWYG editor.
Templates can be created for use within this area or you can copy and paste an email or word document in.
Once the information is entered you can elect to send a test email to yourself to ensure the email looks right.
When modifications are completed and you are happy with the email you select the ‘Send Bulk Mail’ button and the email will be sent. And only the customers that elected to receive it will do so. They can also login any time and change their preferences.
