Cotswold HIPS launch home information pack website

Since the 14th of December 2007, every home put on the market must have a home information pack. The pack contains all the documents you need in order to sell your house. Cotswold HIPS are a specialist HIP and EPC provider covering the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
