Wanted: Hosting and IT support engineer (Role fulfilled)

This is a great role within this growing company. Become part of our hosting and IT infrastructure helping support our growing hosting environment. There is a wide range of requirements in terms of what you will be expected to do but much of this can be learnt on the job. The below list should give you an indication of the role. You will be expected to take calls and communicate directly with our clients and take responsibility for the management of servers, web sites and any related support issues.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years commercial experience
2003 & 2008 server
IIS configuration
SQL 2005 & 2008
Firewalls – NetScreen
DNS
SSL certificates and configuration
Backups – Retrospect Dantz
MySQL configuration
PHP configuration
Management of mail servers
Microsoft Exchange
Networking knowledge
UK drivers licence

Of Benefit:
Microsoft certified
Understanding of hardware platforms - SAN, NAS, etc
Experience of Virtualization Platforms - VM Ware and Hyper V
Client server application knowledge
