Client Background
Stroud & Swindon Building Society is the 13th largest building society in the UK with assets in excess of £3 billion. The Society operates through a branch network of 22 offices and 20 agencies in the South West, complemented by a Gloucestershire based Customer Contact Centre.
A new ‘ground breaking’ Mortgage Product Selector was deployed at the same time as the new website which complimented the existing Online Mortgage Application System.
