This project was a little bit different from the norm. We’ve already built a website for this client, Over50Choices and he wanted two ‘white label’ copies made that could be used for alternative brands.
Simply Equity Release is the second of the two sites (see Simply Funeral Plans for the other one). All three sites share a common CMS, so our CMS:42 running Over50Choices was upgraded to enable the multisite functionality.
The website text existed in the client’s older stand-alone website, so we exported the content by creating custom scripts to capture and quality check it from the old database, and then imported the cleansed content into the new multi-site CMS:42 for Simply Equity Release.
New images, a new colour scheme and some additional graphic design was added build the whole new identity. Like the other sites, this one also has bespoke quote forms, managed through the CMS and the enquiries generated through the site populate as leads into a third-party CRM system.
