Membership system

We’ve built many membership systems over the years for a variety of different businesses, however the latest version of CMS:42 required an upgrade. The new system allows complete management of your members, annual/monthly renewals as well as providing a paywall or sign-up for booking events, purchasing products, and downloading files. Direct Debit & regular orders

CMS:42 now natively integrates with GoCardless to provide a Direct Debit facility for membership systems and eCommerce websites to provide a more affordable alternative to recurring card payments.

eCommerce

The team been working hard expanding our eCommerce offering which includes the following new capabilities:

Amazon integration

CMS:42 now natively integrates with Amazon, allowing you to manage your Amazon listings through CMS:42, as well as order fulfilment and stock management.

Refunds

CMS:42 now handles individual order line refunds, with card payment refunds delivered directly through the CMS, making refunds quicker and more accurate.

Gift Cards

We’ve built a number of bespoke gift card and pre-pay options for our clients over the years. With the latest version of CMS:42 we now have a fantastic digital gift card system with intelligent reminder emails built in. The module allows you to upload a design and amount which will be email across to the customer as a digital gift card.

Virtual Warehouses

Our stock system has been expanded to cater for larger eCommerce clients the use multiple warehouses for their order fulfilment. The system intelligently selects the most efficient option for shipping orders out to customers.

Journeys

This module allows you to build a series of questions and answers to help narrow down the choice for a customer. This has recently been developed for Essex Highways, however we plan to release this to an eCommerce site, in the near future to help narrow down the choice of products for customers.

File Manager

Our file management system has been completed re-written. The new system is easier to use and includes new functionality, such as image editing and resizing. You can access this from the main menu or whenever you’re uploading a file.

Content Editor

Last but not least, our trusty content editor had served us well for the last ten years, but was due a replacement. The new features include:

  • Auto-formatting – Your end-users write a lot? Save their time with auto-formatting and handy keyboard shortcuts.
  • Paste from Word – Paste content from Office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and have it converted to clean HTML.
  • Embed media – Insert embeddable media such as tweets, videos (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo), Instagram or Facebook posts.
  • Responsive images – Drag and drop an image to have it uploaded instantly. Built-in support for responsive images will let your website be friends with mobile devices.
