Cambray Property Management is a professional property management company based in the UK. Specialising in residential and commercial property management services, they aim to provide reliable and efficient solutions to property owners, landlords, and tenants.
Cambray approached Webnetism to design and build a Web Application to manage maintenance issues for each of the properties they manage. Previously Cambray used a Word document and a variety of spreadsheets for each property. This system lacked the ability to search, notify and was prone to human error.
Whilst there were plenty of "off the shelf" systems, most did far more than what Cambray required and had quite expensive costs "per seat". Therefore the decision was made to create a bespoke app that would fit the exact requirements of the business. The system also integrates natively with the Cambray Microsoft 365 for seamless login and security.
