Description

Online-Valuations.co.uk is a family-run surveying firm based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, covering the local area and surroundings. Led by RICS-qualified surveyor Robert Kilminster MRICS with over 10 years of property experience, it specializes in RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and various residential property valuations. All reports meet strict RICS standards. The site offers contact for advice and includes basic FAQs on report timelines and payments.

When Webnetism was approached for this site build we set out to create a modern, professional website that would help Online Valuations stand apart within the property surveying sector while reinforcing the trust and credibility expected from a Chartered Surveyor.

The design combines a light, spacious layout with bold typography and strong visual hierarchy, allowing key information and calls to action to be communicated instantly. Large headings and concise content blocks make the site easy to navigate, helping visitors quickly identify the service they require and move seamlessly through the enquiry process.

A key feature of the project is the use of striking 3D graphic elements throughout the website. These modern visuals add depth and personality to the brand while creating a more engaging user experience than the traditional, text-heavy websites commonly found in the industry. The graphics work alongside the content to guide users through the site and create a memorable visual identity.

A modern and contrasted palette was used in this build with whites and rich blue tones that give the site a fresh, modern feel while helping important content and calls to action stand out.

The layout was carefully structured around the business's core services, with dedicated sections for Help to Buy Valuations, Inheritance Tax Valuations and RICS Level 2 Surveys. Clear content segmentation, generous whitespace and strategically placed calls to action ensure users can easily find the information they need while maintaining focus on lead generation.
