POS Enterprises

When building a new website for the Planning Officers Society, an organisation set up to help local authorities and public sector organisations, we were also asked to provide a standalone micro-site for their commercial arm POS Enterprises. Whilst the main POS site was unusual as it was purely text base, the Enterprises site presented the challenge of needing to represent the ‘brand’ of the main organisation but with a more enticing design bringing in relevant images to help explain their offering.

A mobile responsive solution was provide with simple top level navigation to present the core areas of the site in a quick glance. The design and typography took its overall appearance and structure from the parent site but page banner images, blocks of colour and section images were used for interest.

Our core CMS:42 content management system is in place giving full control of the page content and site structure. The blogs module is included to allow the publication of up to date news and notifications and the team module is in place to provide a profile for each of the directors and associate members.
